Available Positions
Brief Summary
As a Quality Control – Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products/services meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prepare documents, develop and implement quality control processes, perform inspections, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the documentation as per requirement of ISO13485 and CDSCO regulations as per the guidelines of MDR2017. eg: Product DMFs, BMRs, SOPs, Certificates etc.
- Develop and implement quality control strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct raw material, in-process and finished goods inspections and audits to evaluate product/service quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Analyze quality data and generate reports to monitor performance metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, provide technical guidance, and promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.
- Lead and participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to resolve quality-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality control methodologies, incorporating best practices into our processes.
Qualifications
- B. Pharma OR B.Sc. Or M.Sc. in Biotechnology.
- Additional Certifications in QC, QA or RA will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a leadership or executive role.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control methodologies, standards, and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in using quality control tools and software.
